Try creating a collection level description using one of the prose descriptions from the Do It Yourself section of the Tutorial, or using details about one of your own collections. You can either save the completed form on your own computer or print out the completed form before leaving the document. Do not try to save within the Tutorial website.
The RSLP Collection Description sheet explains what information should be included in each of the boxes. Fill in as many of the fields as you can, but it is unlikely that you will be able to fill in every field, either because you do not have the information, or it is not relevant to the collection being described.
Some fields are repeatable. When entering repeated instances of a field, show this by entering the data on separate lines.
