This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, the organisers will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.

Cancellation policy

All bookings should be received before the conference. For any pre-bookings, cancellations up to 29 October 2004 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 4 November 2004. A substitute delegate is acceptable but please ensure that you notify Natasha Bishop of any changes prior to the conference (details below).
