Cancellation policy

All bookings should be received before the conference. For any pre-bookings, cancellations up to 22 April 2005 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 3 May 2005. A substitute delegate is acceptable but please ensure that you notify Natasha Bishop of any changes prior to the conference (details below).
