Frances has worked at the LANL (Los Alamos National Laboratory) Research Library for over 15 years - moving from cataloguing, reference, database systems, LWW team, to the Repository Team. LWW projects included LinkSeeker (SFX), MyLibrary, XML databases (conversion of data to MARC XML and testing). She has presented talks at several SLA annual meetings on ejournals and LinkSeeker. Currently, her projects are focused exclusively on the library's repository.

Markus Enders is the technical head for the Digitization Centre (GDZ) at State and University Library Gttingen (SUB Göttingen). As a system architect, he is enganged in software development for the GDZ's workflow management system (GOOBI) and its presentation layers. He developed the METS-based metadata format for the digitized collections at the SUB and has also been involved in the library's preservation activities to build federated archives using METS to transfer data via OAI-PMH. He has been a member of the METS editorial board since 2003.
