Marieke Guy is coordinating the Web parallel sessions which will be held at the University Colleges and Information Systems Association (UCISA) TLIG-SDG Conference 2006 to be held at Homerton College, Cambridge on 5-7th July 2006.
The UCISA User Support conference is organised by two of UCISA's groups, Teaching, Learning and Information (UCISA-TLIG) and Staff Development (UCISA-SDG). It brings together managers and practitioners from a wide range of areas involved in supporting and delivering IT and Information customer services to share experience, ideas, hear from leading experts and influence UCISA's future work.
The Conference features a rich and varied programme of keynote speakers, plenary sessions and parallel sessions across number of strands, including learning and teaching, user training, skills development, help desks, web development and staff development. Discussion sessions allow delegates to share experiences on the most challenging issues of the day. Supplier presentations point to potential solutions.
