Notes:
- £730 million needed over 6 years - this money to come from the Government and local government. Other money could come from private companies. (Are you already in partnership with a private company?)
- National agreements could work well for libraries (i.e. online information licenses arranged at a national level could work out much cheaper than if authorities arrange individual licenses). The Public Library Networking Agency could organise these national agreements.
