A live blogging service was provided for the IWMW 2008 event. This was used to allow participants(which might include remote participants watching the planned live video stream) to discuss the plenary talks, ask questions, etc.
The IWMW 2008 live blog used the Scribblelive service. In order to use this service, rather than having to get a new userid you can sign in using your Facebook, Windows Live, MSN, Hotmail or OpenID username and password.
