Supporting the User Experience

There are two aspects to this:

• Usability: a measure of ‘how easy’ user interfaces are in terms of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction; also information on the techniques and methods for improving the experience.
• Accessibility: the ability to access the functionality of a system or resource, achieved through assistive technology, inclusive design, customized design and alternative solutions.
