MODELS 10: rights management

The tenth MODELS workshop took place at Scarman House Training and Conference Centre, University of Warwick, on 1-2 November 1999.

Following this workshop, a report was commissioned to explore some of the copyright issues related to academic libraries setting up as electronic publishers in their own right. This report, Universities as publishers: competitors or partners in the digital revolution?, was prepared by Emanuella Giavarra, LLM, a Partner in the Chambers of Professor Mark Watson-Gandy.
