Booking form

Delegates wishing to book extra nights accommodation at the University of Strathclyde are asked to contact the University Residences directly on rescat@strath.ac.uk and book a room at a cost of £33 per person per night. When booking, delegates must state that they are attending the conference otherwise they might be asked to move rooms.

A limited number of bursaries are available for full-time students. For details please contact Ann Chapman.

Please use a separate form for each individual application. If a hard copy of this form is used, please return it to Natasha Bishop at UKOLN.

This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, the organisers will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.

Cancellation policy

All bookings should be received before the conference. Cancellation by mail will be accepted up until the 22nd August 2008. After this date the full fee will be due. A substitute delegate is acceptable but please ensure that you notify Natasha Bishop of any changes prior to the conference (details below).
