Cancellation policy

All bookings should be received by the closing date of 14 March 2008. Cancellations up to 14 March will incur a 50% cancellation fee and those received up to 28 March will incur a 75% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 28 March. A substitute delegate is acceptable but please ensure that you notify Natasha Bishop of any changes prior to the event (details below).
