Location and Date
The workshop will be held at the Unversity of Bath. The workshop will start at lunchtime on Monday 15th November and finish at lunchtime on Tuesday 16th November.
Who Should Attend?
The workshop is intended primarily for those involved with developing public library web pages. It will be most suitable for staff whose responsibilities include identifying content for public library web pages and then developing those pages. The workshop is aimed at those people for whom developing web pages is a recent skill and who wish to become more informed on this topic and start planning for more developed services. The workshop will presume that attendees have basic HTML skills. Please note this is not a HTML training course and attendees will not be taught how to write pages but how to write better web pages.
Costs
The cost of the workshop is £95. This fee will cover attendance at the workshop and workshop materials, refreshments and lunch on arrival. Please note that no evening meal is provided (although a list of recommended restaurants in the City for all budgets will be provided) and lunch is not included at the end of the second day.
The closing day for bookings is October 22nd. Cancellations after this date will incur a cancellation fee of £50, though a substitute delegate is acceptable.
