Latest issue of the IJDC
The International Journal of Digital Curation (IJDC) is an electronic journal entirely devoted to papers, articles and reports on the curation of digital objects and related issues. It is published by UKOLN on behalf of the Digital Curation Centre. The Journal has recently published Issue 1 of Volume 4 comprising ten peer-reviewed papers from the 4th International Digital Curation Conference (IDCC) held in Edinburgh in December together with a number of general articles. The general IDCC theme was entitled Radical Sharing: Transforming Science? and the papers submitted to Volume 4 are further sub-divided into one of four themes, namely Curation in Practice, Infrastructure, Lifecycle & Models and Metadata & Standards. Included in this issue is the paper by Manjula Patel and Alex Ball of UKOLN and their colleague, Lian Ding of the Innovative Design and Manufacturing Research Centre (IdMRC), University of Bath, which won the Conference award for best paper.
