• Public library network will link into the National Grid for Learning which will link all schools.

• Opportunities for online learning, i.e. virtual universities such as the California Virtual University (http://www.california.edu/ - explore this before hand and describe it to your audience) and access to library resources as more libraries make their collections digitally accessible.

• Libraries will provide the access point to these resources and also train, guide and advise the public in using and navigating them.
