| Description |
In current practice, harvesting or cross-searching multiple repositories is faced with a number of metadata-related issues. One major issue is that the 15 simple Dublin Core metadata elements do not offer the level of detail which describing eprints requires. A richer set of metadata would enable aggregators to offer services built upon repository metadata and content. |
