Id vs Identifier

We need to standardise between either "Id" or "Identifier" in element names. I prefer Identifier. Does anybody else have a preference. - ChrisGutteridge 11:52, 14 July 2006 (BST)

Pending as a response

I think that we should eliminate pending from the responses:- the options should be accept/reject/error and then pending should be a boolean flag. I've changed pending to a flag but not eliminated the pending value in the response codes. If nobody else comments after a while I'll make the change. - ChrisGutteridge 11:53, 14 July 2006 (BST)
