Purpose of the list
This list is set up to facilitate more technical discussion concerning the issues, technologies, software, networked environment and other related issues emerging from individual eLib projects or the programme as a whole.People entering discussions on this list are politely requested to make references wherever possible eg URLs to more fuller explanations or background material. This assists people of a lesser technical nature in keeping up with discussions.
