WebWatch
About WebWatch
The WebWatch project was funded by the BLRIC in 1997 to develop and use robot software for use on the World Wide Web to trawl over web resources in specific communities, including UK academic and library sites. The aim was to develop a set of tools which could be used to audit and monitor design practice and use of technologies on the Web.
WebWatch Personnel
The project was managed by Brian Kelly who also contributed to the WebWatch reports. The software development, running of the software and analysis of the findings was carried out by Ian Peacock.
