By car you would join A77/M77 which meets the M8 at junction
22. Join the M8 east bound and leave at junction 15. Refer to

GNER operate rail services from London Kings Cross (via
Newcastle) to Glasgow Central (approx. 5hrs 30mins). Virgin West
Coast operate rail services from London Euston (via Carlisle) to
Glasgow Central (approx. 5hrs 15mins). ScotRail operate sleeper
services from London Euston as well as all local services within
Scotland. Trains from Edinburgh to Glasgow Queen Street Station
are every 15 minutes with a journey time of 50 minutes. Virgin
Cross Country operate direct services between Scotland and most
major English cities.

Leave the M74 Jct 4 to join the M73 Jct 1. Leave the M73 junction 2 to join the

From Stirling and the north via the M9, M80(A80) and M8 motorways. (Traffic
from Fife should follow signs for the Kincardine Bridge and then join the M876).

on the A1 should take the A720 Edinburgh City By-pass to join the M8. Tyneside
traffic should take the A69 Carlisle Road and join the M6 at Jct 44, the intersection
with the A 74(M) northbound, then M73 and M8. Exit the M8 Jct 15 for the University's
John Anderson Campus. Refer to
