Workshop Events Available For Staff At Strathclyde (and in the Region)
The Institutional Web Managment workshop will take place at the University of
Strathclyde on 18-20th June 2002. Although the event is now fully-booked,
there are a number of sessions for which space is available, and which are open,
at no charge, for people in the area. These are listed below.
OAI and EPrints
A 90 minute seminar on
Exploiting Locally-Created E-resources: OAI and E-prints
will take place on Wednesday 19th June 2002 from 16:00-17:30.
This session will be of interest to those interesting in setting up an
institutional e-prints archive.
The session is being facilitated by Bob Kemp
of CDLR, University of Strathclyde.
Providing 360° Panoramic Scenes on the Web
A 90 minute seminar on
Providing 360° Panoramic Scenes on the Web
will take place on Wednesday 19th June 2002 from 16:00-17:30.
This workshop session aims to introduce and instruct participants in the use of
360° panoramic scenes on the Web.

A 75 minute presentation from 2 software wvendors will take on Thursday 20th
June 2002 from 09:15-10:30. The Vendor Slot
will feature the following presentations:
